In our bulletin on Thursday, June 22, we said that the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario (ECO) has called for the McGuinty energy plan to be subject to a full environmental assessment. In fact, what the ECO specifically called for was for the province to post a notice of its proposed EA exemption regulation (O. Reg. 276/06) on the Environmental Bill of Rights Registry. We apologize for the error.
Please pass this message on to your friends.
