Heino Doessing (Liberal) and Pascale Marchand (Green), candidates in the Hamilton East-Stoney Creek provincial by-election, are calling on Ontario to triple its renewable energy by 2050 to lower electricity bills.

Monique Taylor (NDP) supports “a substantial expansion of renewable, reliable, and affordable clean energy towards the goal of decarbonizing the Ontario economy by 2050.” Jeff Beattie (PC) has not yet responded.
